dt2 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1. General Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the dt2 platform, accessible at dt2.onl. "dt2", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the platform operator. "You" and "your" refer to any registered or unregistered user accessing the site.

dt2 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving users in Pakistan. The platform offers a range of products including slots, live casino, table games, fish games, bingo, arcade titles and sports betting markets, all denominated in PKR. These Terms govern your relationship with dt2 in all these contexts.

By accessing dt2 from a device in Pakistan or elsewhere, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you, and that you take full personal responsibility for checking your local legal position before registering.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use dt2. Creating an account on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor to use your account, is a serious breach of these Terms. If we have reason to believe an account is held by someone under 18, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending activity cancelled, and any deposited funds returned to the payment source used for the original deposit.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one active dt2 account at any time. If you already hold an account and attempt to register another — using the same or different personal details — both accounts may be suspended. Any balance held across duplicate accounts may be voided. If you have accidentally created a second account, contact us promptly to resolve the situation before it is flagged automatically.

2.3 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, date of birth, email address and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information current. dt2 may request supporting documents to verify your identity at any stage. Accounts providing false information may be closed without notice and any balance may be forfeited.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. dt2 staff will never ask for your password. Any activity performed on your account while you are logged in will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you should change your password immediately and notify us as soon as possible.

3. Deposits and Payments

All deposits and account balances on dt2 are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment channels for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and supported mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary.

3.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed on the Deposit page. Deposits that fall below the minimum or exceed the maximum for a given method may not be processed.

3.2 Deposit Processing Time

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your dt2 account balance within a few minutes of a successful transaction. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. dt2 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

3.3 Deposit Responsibility

You are solely responsible for managing the funds you deposit. dt2 does not provide credit or advances. Deposits are non-refundable except in cases where the platform determines a transaction error or fraud has occurred. If you believe a deposit has not arrived and the funds have left your payment source, contact us with the transaction reference number.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the Withdrawal section of your account. Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits and terms of that payment channel.

4.1 Identity Verification

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your identity must be verified to our satisfaction. This is standard practice for any financial platform. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid CNIC, proof of address or other documents. Failure to provide these within the timeframe specified will result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.

4.2 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction. These are listed on the Withdrawal page and may differ by payment method. Requests for amounts outside these limits will need to be broken into multiple transactions or handled by contacting our support team directly.

4.3 Processing Time

dt2 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly after verification is complete. Once approved, the time for funds to appear in your account depends on the payment channel. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers. dt2 is not responsible for delays introduced by the payment provider after funds have been dispatched from our side.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

When you place a bet or participate in any game on dt2, you agree that the outcome is governed by the specific rules of that game or market, as well as these general Terms. In the case of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for that particular activity.

5.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on dt2 include pre-match and in-play options covering Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports and more. Bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds may fluctuate before you confirm a bet. Once confirmed, a bet is final and cannot be cancelled or altered unless the event is voided.

5.2 Event Cancellations and Voids

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the required minimum play has occurred, all bets on that event will typically be voided and stakes returned to your account balance. The specific conditions for voiding vary by sport and market type and are detailed in the sports betting rules section of the platform.

5.3 Casino and Game Fairness

All casino games on dt2, including slots, live casino tables, table games, fish games, bingo and arcade titles, use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, physical game mechanics overseen by professional dealers. RTP (Return to Player) information is displayed in the game details section of the lobby. The house edge is inherent to all casino games — there is no guaranteed way to win , and past results do not influence future outcomes.

5.4 Prohibited Betting Activity

The following are not permitted on dt2:

• Placing bets using automated systems, bots or scripting tools
• Coordinating bets with other users to exploit bonus terms or odds
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical means
• Using insider information or match-fixing knowledge to gain an unfair advantage

If we detect any of the above, the account will be suspended, bets voided and any winnings from prohibited activity forfeited.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, dt2 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches or other promotional incentives. Each promotion carries its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts and expiry dates. These promotion-specific terms are published alongside the relevant offer and form part of these Terms when you opt in to that promotion.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are generally subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, if a bonus carries a 10x wagering requirement and you received PKR 500 in bonus funds, you would need to wager PKR 5,000 before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash. The eligible games and contribution rates for meeting wagering requirements are specified per promotion.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to exploit bonuses through methods not intended by the promotion — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, hedging bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or using a bonus in a way that breaches the stated terms — constitutes bonus abuse. dt2 reserves the right to void bonuses, void any associated winnings and suspend accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

7. Acceptable Use and Conduct

You agree to use dt2 only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the platform. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Posting or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory or otherwise objectionable
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, including other users' accounts
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract source code from any part of dt2
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose not expressly authorised by dt2
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity through the platform

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of dt2 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and how we protect it. By using dt2, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read it alongside these Terms.

9. Responsible Gaming

dt2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gaming should be a form of entertainment — enjoyable and within your means. We do not encourage you to view gaming as a source of income or to play with money you cannot afford to lose.

Our Responsible Gaming page contains practical guidance on setting session budgets, managing your play time and recognising warning signs that gaming may be becoming a problem. We strongly encourage all users to read this guidance before depositing or placing bets.

If gaming is causing you financial or personal distress, step away from the platform and seek support. dt2 does not profit from players who are in distress, and we would rather you come back when you are in a better position than continue playing under difficult circumstances.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

dt2 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms in any form
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity
• Duplicate account creation
• Abusive or threatening behaviour toward platform staff or other users
• Prolonged inactivity subject to the dormant account policy

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for other reasons and no breach has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please let us know so we can apply the appropriate note to your record.

11. Limitation of Liability

dt2 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors or technical issues. We are not liable for losses arising from:

• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures or circumstances outside our control
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers
• Losses resulting from a player's decision to place a bet or participate in a game
• Losses arising from account compromise due to a player sharing their credentials

In any event, our maximum liability to you for any single incident shall not exceed the net deposits made to your account in the 30 days preceding that incident, unless required otherwise by applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

dt2 may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. When material changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. We may also notify you via the email address on your account. Your continued use of dt2 after any update takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
