Account

Creating a DT2 account is straightforward. Visit the Register page, enter your mobile number, choose a strong password and fill in your basic details. The whole process takes a couple of minutes. You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the platform.

On the Login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. You will be guided through a reset process using your registered mobile number. Once verified, you can set a new password and regain access to your account. If you run into any issues, contact DT2 support through your account.

No. Each player is permitted only one DT2 account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended. If you believe a duplicate account was created in error, contact support immediately.

Log in to your account and navigate to the Profile or Account Settings section. You can update your display name, contact details and notification preferences there. For security-sensitive changes like your registered mobile number, additional verification may be required.

Yes. DT2 uses SSL encryption across all pages and transactions. Your personal data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

Deposit & Withdrawal

DT2 supports a range of local and card payment options tailored for Pakistan players. You can deposit using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. Most deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast reflect almost instantly — usually within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time. If your deposit has not reflected after 30 minutes, check the Deposit page or contact support with your transaction reference.

Go to the Withdrawal page, choose your preferred method, enter the PKR amount you want to withdraw and confirm the request. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to two business days. Make sure your withdrawal details match your registered account information to avoid delays.

Yes, minimum and maximum limits apply and may vary by payment method. The current limits for each method are displayed on the Withdrawal page when you are logged in. DT2 keeps minimum amounts low so that players at every budget level can cash out without hassle.

Common reasons include unmet wagering requirements on an active bonus, a mismatch between your account details and your payment method, or a pending account verification. Yes. DT2 offers live in-play betting on cricket and other sports. Odds update in real time as the match progresses — ball by ball for cricket. You can place bets on match winner, next wicket, runs in an over and other live markets while the game is on. Log in and head to Bet to see active live events.

Beyond cricket, DT2 covers football with markets on major leagues and international tournaments. An esports section is also available with betting on popular competitive titles. The sports catalogue is regularly updated — check the Sports page for the latest available events.

Log in to your account and go to the Bet section. Browse the available events, click on the market you want, enter your stake in PKR and confirm your bet slip. Your potential winnings are shown before you confirm. Make sure you have sufficient balance in your account before placing a bet.

New players who register and make their first deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus. Wagering requirements specify how many times you need to play through a bonus amount before the winnings can be withdrawn. Responsible Gaming

DT2 provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. These can be accessed through your account settings. Log in to your account, go to Account Settings and look for the Responsible Gaming or Limits section. You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in PKR. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased until a cooling-off period has passed. Decreasing a limit takes effect straight away.

Self-exclusion temporarily or permanently blocks your access to your DT2 account. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets. This tool is designed for players who feel they need a break from gaming. You can initiate self-exclusion through your account settings or by contacting support. DT2 treats all self-exclusion requests seriously and processes them promptly.

Absolutely not. DT2 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Anyone under 18 is prohibited from registering or using the platform in any capacity.
